Insight is a eight piece powerhouse praise and worship band based in Stratford, CT, dedicated
to praying through song and sharing their love of Jesus Christ.

Insight was formed in 1998 to provide a musical ministry for St. James Church, Stratford on
Sunday evenings. This music appeals to all  age groups.

Insight now  plays a variety of musical venues in addition to it's standing Sunday night service
at St. James. They will "ROCK THE HOUSE" at a Concert, Youth Rally, or Coffee House, or
quietly and beautifully support a Healing Service and Meditative Retreat.

Insight's musical repertoire  includes imaginative and polished covers of many of today's
contemporary Christian artists as well as powerful, uplifting original songs. The band's covered
genres include: rock, funk, blues, country and of course, Christian Contemporary.

Insight is: Lou Zayas and Jett Parker- lead vocals, Vic Dias- drums/percussion, Matt
Wuhrer- keyboard/backup vocals, Sam Wuhrer- bass, Tim Kelly- acoustic guitar/backup
vocals, Al Grassia- acoustic guitar and Gary Anderson- electric guitar. Many of the members
have enjoyed long professional musical careers.


Insight has recorded five Cd's to date and is currently writing new tunes for a sixth.
